S70KS1283GABHI023 is a 128 Mb HYPERRAM™ self-refresh DRAM (PSRAM) for high-bandwidth memory expansion over an Octal xSPI DDR interface (8-bit DQ, RWDS, CS#, RESET#). It supports 200 MHz max clock and up to 400 MBps throughput with 35 ns max access time. The S70KS 1.8 V-only device operates from 1.7 V to 2.0 V and supports Hybrid Sleep and Deep Power Down modes in a 24-ball FBGA package.
