S70KS1282GABHI023 is a 128 Mb HYPERRAM™ self-refresh DRAM (PSRAM) with a HYPERBUS™ interface for high-bandwidth external memory expansion. It supports 200 MHz DDR transfers up to 400 MBps and 35 ns maximum access time. The 1.8 V-only device operates from 1.7 V to 2.0 V across -40°C to +85°C, and is supplied in a 24-ball FBGA (5 x 5, 1.00 mm pitch), with standby current as low as 160 µA at 2.0 V.
