S70KS1282GABHI020 is a 128 Mb HYPERRAM™ self-refresh DRAM (PSRAM) with a HYPERBUS™ interface, CS#, RESET#, RWDS, and an 8-bit DDR data bus. It supports up to 200 MHz clock and up to 400 MBps (3,200 Mbps) throughput with configurable linear or wrapped bursts (16-128 bytes). The 1.8 V device operates from 1.7 V to 2.0 V over -40 to 85°C and is offered in a 24-ball FBGA (6 x 8 x 1.0 mm) package.
