S70KS1282GABHB033 is a 128 Mb HYPERRAM™ self-refresh DRAM (PSRAM) with a HYPERBUS™ DDR interface (8-bit DQ, CS#, RESET#, RWDS). It supports optional DDR center-aligned read strobe (DCARS) and operates at up to 200 MHz for up to 400 MBps throughput with 35 ns maximum access time. It runs from 1.8 V VCC/VCCQ (1.7 V to 2.0 V) and is AEC-Q100 Grade 2, -40 to 105°C, in a 24-ball FBGA VAA024 package.
