The S70KS1282GABHA023 is a 128 Mb HYPERRAM self-refresh DRAM (PSRAM) with a HYPERBUS DDR x8 interface for external memory expansion. It supports a 200 MHz clock for up to 400 MBps bandwidth and 35 ns maximum access time (tACC). The device operates from a 1.7 V to 2.0 V supply, is available in a 24-ball FBGA, and supports hybrid sleep, deep power-down, and partial-array refresh modes.
