The S70KS1281DPBHV020 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) HyperRAM™ self-refresh DRAM for high-bandwidth external memory expansion using a low-signal-count DDR interface (8-bit DQ, RWDS, CS#, CK/CK#). It supports up to 166 MHz at 1.8 V VCC/VCCQ (333 MBps) with 36 ns tACC, and provides configurable wrapped/linear burst lengths. It is offered in a 24-ball 1.00 mm-pitch FBGA and operates from 1.7 V to 1.95 V across -40 to 105°C.
