The S70KL1283GABHV020 is a 128 Mb HYPERRAM™ self-refresh DRAM (PSRAM) for memory expansion over an Octal xSPI DDR interface with DQ[7:0], CS#, RESET#, and RWDS (strobe or write mask). It supports a 200 MHz clock for up to 400 MBps (3200 Mb/s) throughput and 35 ns maximum access time. The 3.0 V-only device operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V VCC and -40°C to 105°C in a 24-ball FBGA (5 x 5).
