The S70KL1283GABHB023 is a 128 Mb HYPERRAM™ self-refresh PSRAM with an Octal xSPI interface, 8-bit DQ bus, RWDS read-write strobe, and RESET#. It operates from 1.8 V or 3.0 V supplies (VCC 1.7–2.0 V or 2.7–3.6 V), supports DDR transfers up to 200 MHz clock for 400 MBps throughput, and specifies 35 ns tACC. It is an AEC-Q100 Grade 2 (–40°C to +105°C) device in a 24-ball FBGA package.
