S70KL1283DPBHV023 is a 128 Mb HYPERRAM™ self-refresh DRAM (PSRAM) with an octal xSPI interface and DDR transfers up to 200 MHz for up to 400 MBps throughput. It supports 1.8 V (1.7 to 2.0 V) and 3.0 V (2.7 to 3.6 V) supply operation, configurable linear or wrapped bursts, and Hybrid Sleep and Deep Power Down modes. This BHV variant is Industrial Plus rated for –40°C to +105°C in a 24-ball FBGA package.
