The S29GL512T12DHN023 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) parallel NOR flash memory using 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, with random access times as low as 100 ns and page access as fast as 15 ns. It features a 512-byte programming buffer, internal ECC for single-bit error correction, and advanced sector protection. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V with versatile I/O, it supports 100,000 program/erase cycles and 20-year data retention.
