The S29GL256S10DHIV20 is a 256 Mb, 3.0 V parallel NOR flash memory using Infineon's 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology. It features a 16-bit data bus, versatile I/O voltage (1.65 V to VCC), random access as fast as 90 ns, and 512-byte programming buffer. Integrated ECC corrects single-bit errors, and advanced sector protection enhances data security. Operating from -40°C to +105°C, it supports 100,000 cycles and 20-year retention for robust embedded and automotive use.
