The S29GL256S10DHI010 is a 256 Mb parallel NOR flash memory using 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology, with a 3.0 V core supply and versatile I/O. It delivers 100 ns random access, 15 ns page access, and a 512-byte programming buffer for fast writes. Uniform 128 kB sectors support 100,000 program/erase cycles and 20 years retention. Integrated ECC, advanced sector protection, and AEC-Q100 qualification ensure reliability for automotive and embedded code storage.
