The S29GL256P90TFIR10 is a 256 Mbit, 3.0 V page-mode NOR Flash memory using 90 nm MirrorBit technology. It offers 90 ns random access, 25 ns page access, and operates from a single 2.7–3.6 V supply with VersatileIO (1.65 V to VCC). Features include uniform 64 Kword (128 Kbyte) sectors, a 32-word write buffer, advanced sector protection, and 20-year data retention. Industrial temperature range (–40°C to +85°C) and 1 µA standby current ensure reliable operation.
