The S29GL128S10DHV013 is a 128 Mb parallel MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse flash memory with a 3.0 V core and versatile I/O. It supports VCC from 2.7 V to 3.6 V and VIO from 1.65 V to VCC, offering random access times down to 90 ns and page access as low as 15 ns. Uniform 128 kB sectors, a 512-byte programming buffer, and internal ECC ensure robust data integrity. The device achieves up to 100,000 program/erase cycles and operates from –40°C to +105°C.
