The S29GL128S10DHIV13 is a 128 Mb parallel NOR flash memory using 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology, featuring a 16-bit data bus, random access time of 90 ns, and 15 ns page mode reads. It operates from a 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply with I/O voltage from 1.65 V to VCC, and supports –40°C to +105°C operation.
