The S29GL128S10DHIV10 is a 128 Mb parallel NOR flash memory using 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology. It features a 3.0 V core, versatile I/O (1.65 V to 3.6 V), random access at 90 ns, page mode reads at 15 ns, a 16-bit data bus, and a 512-byte programming buffer. Uniform 128-kbyte sectors, advanced sector protection, internal ECC, and up to 100,000 program/erase cycles ensure robust data integrity.
