The S29GL128S10DHI023 is a 128 Mb parallel NOR flash memory using 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology, featuring a 16-bit data bus and random access times as low as 100 ns. Operating from a 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply, it supports I/O voltages down to 1.65 V and industrial temperatures from –40°C to +85°C. Key features include a 512-byte write buffer, advanced sector protection, and internal ECC for single-bit error correction.
