The S29GL128S10DHI020 is a 128 Mb (16 MB), 3.0 V parallel NOR flash memory using MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology and a 16-bit data bus. It delivers 100 ns random access and 25 ns page mode reads, with a 512-byte programming buffer for efficient writes. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V and –40°C to +85°C, it features advanced sector protection, internal ECC, 100,000 program/erase cycles, and 20-year data retention for reliable embedded code and data storage.
