S70KL1282GABHB033 is a 128 Mb HYPERRAM™ self-refresh DRAM (PSRAM) using the HYPERBUS™ DDR interface with an 8-bit data bus, CS#, RESET#, and RWDS for read strobe/write mask. It runs from 2.7 V to 3.60 V, supports up to 200 MHz clock with throughput up to 400 MBps and tACC 35 ns, and offers hybrid sleep and deep power down modes. It comes in a 24-ball FBGA. B grade meets AEC-Q100 Grade 2 (-40°C to +105°C).
