The S70KL1282GABHB020 is a 128 Mb HYPERRAM™ self-refresh DRAM (PSRAM) with a HYPERBUS™ interface, CS#, 8-bit DQ, RWDS, and RESET#. It supports 200 MHz DDR transfers for up to 400 MBps (3,200 Mbps) throughput, 35 ns tACC, and configurable linear or wrapped bursts (16/32/64/128 bytes). The GA speed grade is 24-ball FBGA and runs from 2.7 V to 3.60 V over -40°C to +105°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 2).
