S70KL1282DPBHB033 is a 128 Mb HYPERRAM™ self-refresh DRAM (PSRAM) for high-bandwidth RAM expansion over a HYPERBUS™ DDR interface using CS#, 8-bit DQ[7:0], RWDS, and RESET#. It supports a 200 MHz clock (up to 400 MBps) with 35 ns max access time, configurable linear or wrapped bursts, and hybrid sleep and deep power down modes. The 3.0 V device operates from 2.7 V to 3.60 V at -40 to 105°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 2) in a 24-ball FBGA.
