The S70KL1281DABHV023 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) HyperRAM self-refresh DRAM for low-signal-count external memory expansion, using an 8-bit DDR bus with CS#, CK, and RWDS. It supports sequential bursts with configurable wrapped or linear length and runs up to 100 MHz (200 MBps) at 2.7 V to 3.6 V. Supplied in a 24-ball FBGA (1.00 mm pitch), it is rated -40°C to 105°C with standby current up to 600 µA.
