The S70KL1281DABHV020 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) HyperRAM self-refresh DRAM with a HyperBus slave interface using an 8-bit DDR data bus (16-bit word addressing). It supports up to 100 MHz operation at 3.0 V and sustained linear-burst bandwidth to 200 MBps. RWDS indicates refresh latency and provides read strobe/write mask, with wrapped or linear bursts. Device is offered in a 24-ball FBGA package.
