Operating from a 2.7–3.6 V supply with versatile I/O (1.65 V to VCC), it supports ×8/×16 data bus and advanced sector protection. Designed for automotive, industrial, and embedded systems, it offers 100,000 program-erase cycles and 20-year data retention.
