The S70GL02GT11FHV020 is a 2 Gb (256 MB) parallel NOR flash memory using Infineon's 45 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It offers 20 ns page access, 110 ns random access, a 512-byte programming buffer, uniform 128 KB sectors, and advanced sector protection. Supporting 100,000 program-erase cycles and 20-year data retention, it operates from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply. Qualified for industrial and automotive (AEC-Q100) use, it is packaged in a 64-ball fortified BGA.
