It operates at 3.0 V with Versatile I/O from 1.65 V to VCC and supports industrial and automotive AEC-Q100 Grade 2/3 temperature ranges. The device features 2048 uniform 128 KB sectors, 25 ns page access, 120 ns random access, and a 512-byte programming buffer for high-reliability embedded and automotive applications.
