The S70GL02GS12FHB010 is a 2 Gbit (256 MB) parallel NOR flash memory based on 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology in a 64-ball Fortified-BGA package. It features a ×16 data bus, uniform 128 KB sectors, and a 512-byte programming buffer. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V with Versatile I/O™ (1.65 V to VCC), it delivers 110 ns random and 25 ns page access times, 100,000 erase cycles per sector, 20-year data retention, and AEC-Q100 qualification.
