The S29GL512T11DHB020 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) GL-T MIRRORBIT™ parallel NOR flash memory for embedded systems, operating from a 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply with versatile I/O (1.65 V to VCC). It supports ×8/×16 data bus, 15 ns page access, and 100 ns random access. Features include a 512-byte programming buffer, hardware ECC, advanced sector protection, 100,000 program/erase cycles, and 20-year data retention. Supports automotive grade up to 105°C (AEC-Q100).
