The S29GL512T10TFI033 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) parallel MIRRORBIT™ flash memory. It operates from a single 3.0 V supply for read, program, and erase, with random access times down to 100 ns and page access as fast as 15 ns. I/O voltage ranges from 1.65 V to 3.6 V. Uniform 128 KB sectors, a 512-byte programming buffer, and internal ECC ensure robust data integrity. Endurance is rated at 100,000 cycles per sector, and data retention up to 20 years.
