The S29GL512T10TFA023 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) parallel MIRRORBIT™ flash memory for embedded systems needing high density. Operating from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply with I/O voltage from 1.65 V to VCC, it delivers random access times as fast as 100 ns and page access times down to 15 ns.
