The S29GL512T10TFA020 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) parallel NOR flash memory using 45 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, supporting x8/x16 data bus, asynchronous page read with 100 ns random access and 15 ns page access. It operates from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply with versatile I/O (1.65 V to VCC), features a 512-byte write buffer, internal ECC, advanced sector protection, and 100,000 program/erase cycles. AEC-Q100 qualified, it supports up to 125°C for automotive and industrial use.
