The S29GL512T10FHI030 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) MIRRORBIT™ flash memory with parallel interface and 3.0 V core. It delivers random access times as fast as 100 ns and page access down to 15 ns, supporting ×8/×16 data bus widths and a 512-byte programming buffer. Advanced sector protection, 100,000 program/erase cycles, and 20-year data retention ensure reliability. Operating from 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O and –40°C to +125°C, it meets JEDEC JESD78C latch-up standards.
