The S29GL512T10FHI023 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) parallel NOR flash memory based on 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It features random access times as fast as 100 ns, page access down to 15 ns, and operates from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply with versatile I/O. With ×8/×16 data bus, 512-byte programming buffer, internal ECC, and advanced sector protection, it ensures reliable operation. AEC-Q100 qualification and support for up to 125°C suit automotive and embedded uses.
