The S29GL512S12DHIV10 is a 512 Mb parallel MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse flash memory with a 3.0 V core and versatile I/O (VIO 1.65 V to VCC). It features a 16-bit data bus, 100 ns random access, and 15 ns page mode read. With a 512-byte programming buffer, automatic ECC, uniform 128-kbyte sector erase, and advanced sector protection, it is designed for industrial plus applications (-40°C to +105°C).
