The S29GL512S11TFIV20 is a 512 Mb parallel NOR flash memory using MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology and a 65 nm process. It offers 100 ns random access, 15 ns page access, a 3.0 V core, and I/O voltage from 1.65 V to 3.6 V. Features include a 512-byte programming buffer, automatic ECC, uniform 128 kbyte sectors, and advanced sector protection. Operating from -40°C to 105°C and AEC-Q100 qualified, it supports 100,000 program/erase cycles. Typical uses are automotive ECUs.
