The S29GL01GS11DHI020 is a 1 Gb (128 MB) parallel NOR flash memory using 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology. It features a 16-bit data bus, asynchronous random read access as fast as 100 ns, and page mode read at 15 ns. Operating from a 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply with I/O down to 1.65 V, it offers a 512-byte write buffer, internal ECC, advanced sector protection, and 100,000 program/erase cycles. Suitable for automotive and embedded applications, it meets AEC-Q100 Grade 2.
