The S29GL256P90FFCR10 is a 256 Mbit, 3.0 V page-mode Flash memory based on 90 nm MirrorBit technology, designed for embedded applications needing high density, fast access, and low power. It offers 90 ns random access, 25 ns page access, uniform 128 Kbyte sectors, and advanced sector protection. VersatileIO enables VIO operation from 1.65 V to VCC. The device supports a 32-word write buffer, industrial temperature range, and 100,000 erase cycles per sector.
