The S29GL128P90FFIR22 is a 128 Mbit page-mode Flash memory using 90 nm MirrorBit® technology, ideal for embedded applications needing high density and performance. It features uniform 64 Kword (128 Kbyte) sectors, single 3 V read/program/erase (2.7–3.6 V), and VersatileIO™ control for I/O voltages from 1.65 V to VCC. With 90 ns random access, a 32-word write buffer, advanced sector protection, and a 128-word secured silicon sector, it operates reliably from -40°C to 85°C.
