The S29GL128P90FFIR10 is a 128 Mbit, 3 V page-mode flash memory built on 90 nm MirrorBit® technology for high-density storage. It features uniform 128 Kbyte sectors, 25 ns page access, and random access as low as 90 ns. Versatile I/O voltages from 1.65 V to VCC and industrial operation from -40°C to 85°C ensure flexibility. Typical standby current is 1 µA, with 100,000 program/erase cycles per sector. Integrated write buffer supports embedded applications.
