The S29GL128P90FAIR20 is a 128 Mbit, 3.0 V page-mode Flash memory based on 90 nm MirrorBit® technology. It features 128 uniform 128 Kbyte sectors, VersatileIO™ for flexible I/O voltage from 1.65 V to VCC, and a 32-word write buffer for fast programming. Operating from -40°C to +85°C, it supports single 3 V read/program/erase, advanced sector protection, and typical standby current of 1 μA. Random access is as fast as 90 ns, making it ideal for embedded code storage.
