The S29GL01GS11DHB020 is a 1 Gb (128 MB) parallel NOR flash memory using 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology, with a 16-bit data bus and asynchronous random read access as fast as 100 ns (15 ns page mode). It operates from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply, supports a 512-byte programming buffer, and features advanced sector protection, internal ECC, and 100,000 program/erase cycles. Qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 2 for automotive and industrial applications.
