The S29GL01GS10FAI023 is a 1 Gb MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse flash memory with a 3.0 V core and versatile I/O, supporting VIO from 1.65 V to VCC. It features a 16-bit data bus, random access time of 100 ns, page access as fast as 15 ns, and a 512-byte write buffer for rapid programming. Uniform 128 kB sector erase and internal ECC for single-bit error correction enhance reliability. Operating from -40°C to +85°C, it is AEC-Q100 Grade 3 automotive qualified.
