The S29GL01GS10FAI020 is a 1 Gb MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse flash memory for embedded and automotive systems. It features a parallel interface, 3.0 V core, versatile I/O (1.65 V to VCC), page access times down to 15 ns, and random access as fast as 100 ns. Key features include a 512-byte programming buffer, internal ECC, uniform 128 kB sectors, and up to 100,000 program/erase cycles. Operating voltage is 2.7 V to 3.6 V, with temperature grades from –40°C to +105°C.
