Operating from a single 1.7 V to 2.0 V supply, it supports SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, quad, and DDR modes, achieving up to 80 MBps read speeds. Features include 512-byte page programming, hybrid and uniform sector erase, advanced sector protection, and a 1024-byte OTP array.
