The S29GL256P10TFI020 is a 256 Mbit, 3.0 V page-mode Flash memory based on 90 nm MirrorBit® technology. It features uniform 128 Kbyte sectors, 100 ns random access, 25 ns page access, and supports single word or 32-word buffer programming. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V (VCC) and 1.65 V to VCC (VIO), it provides advanced sector protection, suspend/resume commands, 20-year data retention, and 100,000 erase cycles per sector. Industrial temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
