The S29GL256P10FFI022 is a 256 Mbit, 3.0 V page-mode Flash memory device based on 90 nm MirrorBit® technology. It features uniform 64 Kword (128 Kbyte) sectors, VersatileIO™ control for flexible I/O voltages from 1.65 V to VCC, a 32-word write buffer for fast programming, advanced sector protection, and a secured silicon sector for permanent data storage. Operating from -40°C to 85°C and 2.7–3.6 V supply, it supports 100,000 erase cycles per sector and 20-year data retention.
