The S29GL256P10FFI012 is a 256 Mbit, 3.0 V page-mode Flash memory using 90 nm MirrorBit technology, with uniform 128 Kbyte sectors and VersatileIO control for I/O voltages from 1.65 V to VCC. It achieves random access times as low as 90 ns and page access of 25 ns, and features a 32-word write buffer for fast programming.
