The S29GL256P10FFI010 is a 256 Mbit, 3 V page-mode flash memory using 90 nm MirrorBit® technology. It features uniform 64 Kword (128 Kbyte) sectors, VersatileIO™ control for I/O voltages from 1.65 V to VCC, fast page access of 25 ns, and random access down to 90 ns. A 32-word write buffer accelerates programming. Advanced sector protection and a one-time programmable Secured Silicon Sector enhance security.
