The S29GL128P10FFI012 is a 128 Mbit (16 MB), 3.0 V page-mode Flash memory using 90 nm MirrorBit technology for high density and reliability. It features uniform 128 Kbyte sectors, VersatileIO control for I/O voltages from 1.65 V to VCC, and 100 ns random access. The device supports single word and 32-word buffer programming, advanced sector protection, and a secured silicon sector. Operating from -40°C to +85°C, it offers 100,000 erase cycles per sector.
