The S70FS01GSAGBHB213 is a 1 Gb (128 MB) dual-die SPI NOR Flash memory using 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI I/O, including DDR, with up to 80 MBps read speed and operates from 1.7 V to 2.0 V. Hybrid or uniform sector options, integrated ECC, and advanced sector protection ensure reliability for automotive (AEC-Q100 Grade 2, –40°C to +105°C), industrial, and embedded applications.
